Optimization of meta description is an important on-page SEO step that could lead to traffic and conversion increase if properly understood and deployed. Meta description is an invisible section of your page that is included at the header. It becomes visible when that particular page appears at the top two search engine result pages (SERPs), among the first 20 results.
