If you have a real estate website and intend to get real business from it on the web, you should read this post as it explains how other realtors utilize SEO services to boost their online real estate businesses.
Search Engine Optimization services are useful methods to boost websites’ rankings so that they can gain higher rankings for their keywords. Every real estate website could have several different sections each of which could pull in customers:
* Rental
* For Sale
* New Developments
* Featured Properties
So, each of those pages could be the landing pages of your site. SEO experts can help real estate websites in various ways. This help could be in form of on-page SEO or off-page SEO.
At on-page optimization service, after initial checkups to make sure there’s no obstacle in the way of increasing website’s search engine rankings, certain pages will be selected to be optimized as landing pages. These are the webpages you expect the potential clients use to enter your site – for instance, pages like those listed above. In other words, these pages should be optimized for certain keywords – the phrases people key in at search engines when they are looking for YOUR information.
At off-page optimization service, SEO experts who have already optimized the landing pages to attract traffic from search engines, proceed to increase link popularity of those pages on the web. This is done by getting links from other websites. Article Marketing as well as Press Release Marketing are the two major SEO services that can boost the link popularity of real estate websites. I explain each one below here for you.
How Article Marketing Helps Real Estate Websites
Once the keywords are selected at the beginning of the on-page optimization process, the same keywords will be used in writing articles and distributing them on the web among article directories, blogs and websites. Search engine optimization is a valuable skill here that helps experts write articles that both satisfy human readers and search engines.
As a result, the people, who are looking for certain properties to buy, to lease, to invest, etc, may find your articles at other websites and read them. What will you gain here? They will click on the link at the resource box at the end of article and get into your optimized landing pages. So, no matter where those articles are published and at how many sites/blogs, they can bring potential clients directly to your site and even to your landing pages.
How Press Release marketing Helps Real Estate Websites
Real estate agencies will have lots of newsworthy stories that could pull in potential clients and attract them to particular pages of their sites in addition to those landing pages already discussed. In addition, such news can get to the journalists who are looking for the type of news you might have. Now you may wonder how an SEO service provider can help you here.
Web copywriting is a guild by itself these days. There are authors whose career is just to write sales pages, news stories, website copies, etc for sites or blogs. If they are equipped with SEO techniques, they can write fascinating and highly appealing press releases and optimize them for more search engine visibility. Once they are written and improved to attract people as well as search engines, they need to be distributed using powerful press release websites that let you include a few links from the copy written for you. This adds to the visibility of your PR on the web while increases the link popularity of your site.
Other SEO Methods to Help Real Estate Websites
Depending on how much budget you’ve allocated to your online marketing campaigns, SEO service providers can further boost your search engine rankings. One major search engine optimization service that you can get from these specialists is blogging. Now you may ask,

Hi Rahman / SBB.
Question: if certain blogs can offer unlimited static and/ or landing page capabilities, including maybe even using one as the blogsites’ home page, and seeing as how the blogs’ content activity supports SEO… does it make sense to build a blogsite offering traditional website capabilities rather than the other way around?
It suggests the blogsite is needed to support a website, when it may not have too support anything at all. Especially when well managed blogsites [especially those based upon wordpress] offer those capabilities, not to mention evolve and improve at such a rapid pace.

Chris,
I hope I’ve understood what you exactly mean, but this is what I mean:
If you have a blogsite using a powerful platform, there will be no problem and you can make your pages or even posts landing pages. There would be no limits to this too.
On the other hand, if you have a traditional non-interactive website, it will be very helpful for several reasons to start a blog with a powerful platform under the same domain name and increase the number of pages of your site, implement long tail keyword strategy with blog posts, create new landing pages (either in form of pages or posts) and help your organic SEO rankings.
Blogging is ONE of the ways you can help your site. Using a platform like optimized WordPress, you cam make sure that your new content gets indexed very quickly and depending on the copies you write, keywords you use, internal linking structure, etc, you can even get high rankings pretty well too.
Really excellent info on SEO! Appreciated.Thx and regards from Italy!
